In a show of unity, reverence and cultural affirmation, traditional rulers of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government led by the Onibeju of Ibeju land, His Royal Majesty Oba Waliu Olasunkanmi Razaq Oguntolu, gathered at the Council Secretariat’s conference hall today to bestow royal blessings upon the Executive Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa.
EpeInsights learnt that the special prayer session, held in honour of Hon. Olowa, was offered on behalf of the Oluomo of Ibeju land, reinforcing the deep-rooted support of the traditional institution for the Chairman’s leadership and governance style.
Speaking during the session, the royal fathers described Hon. Olowa as a “true son of the soil,” whose development strides and dedication to the progress of Ibeju-Lekki continue to uplift the local government and bring pride to its people.
The royal blessings were symbolic of the traditional rulers’ collective endorsement and served as a cultural stamp of confidence in Hon. Olowa’s ongoing efforts in leadership and community development.
