Households across the Lagos East Senatorial District have received food support from Senator Tokunbo Mukhail Abiru to cushion festive season pressures on families.
Epe Insights reports that the intervention reached 12,000 households across the 16 Local Government Areas and LCDAs in the district, with residents of Epe LGA, Eredo LCDA, and Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA gathering at the Epe Recreation Centre on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, for the distribution.

Beneficiaries were selected from religious groups, ward structures, Community Development Committees, youth groups, students, online nominees, and Persons Living With Disabilities.
Welcoming participants, the ECF Coordinator for Epe LGA and Lagos TESCOM Commissioner, Hon. Segun Jamiu Agbaje, praised Senator Abiru for consistent, people-focused leadership and concern for citizens’ welfare.
