The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has celebrated Dr. Lasisi Idris Temidayo, a beneficiary of the council’s scholarship scheme, for successfully completing his medical studies at the Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM).
EpeInsights reports that Dr. Lasisi, an indigene of Osoroko Town in Lekki LCDA, recently passed his final professional examinations, marking a major milestone in his academic journey. He visited the council secretariat in the company of his mother to express gratitude to the chairman and the council for their financial support throughout his medical education.
Describing the scholarship as a life-changing opportunity, Dr. Lasisi said the initiative enabled him to focus fully on his studies without financial stress.
In his remarks, Engr. Kasali congratulated the young doctor for his outstanding academic achievement and urged him to remain humble, compassionate, and dedicated in his medical career.
