The Supervisor for Education in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Ogungbo Temitope Sofwan, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to former council chairman, Hon. Dr. Abdulsemiu Oluwakemi Surakat, praising his enduring legacy and impactful leadership.
