Epe Division Youth Leader Congratulates Re-Elected Council Chairmen, Urges Focus on Inclusive Governance

Deputy Speaker of the Lagos State Youth Parliament, Mahruf Odunare, has extended warm congratulations to the re-elected council chairmen across the Epe Division, following their victory in the recently concluded Lagos State Local Government elections.

EpeInsights reports that in a statement released shortly after the announcement of the election results, Odunare praised the chairmen of Epe Local Government, Eredo LCDA, Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, and Lekki LCDA for what he described as a “well-deserved re-election.”

He noted that their victories at the polls reflect the strong confidence and trust the electorate continues to place in their leadership and performance at the grassroots level.

“This renewed mandate is not just a win at the ballot, but a call to deepen your commitment to inclusive governance, sustainable development, and impactful service delivery,” Odunare stated.

Describing himself as a proud youth representative from the Division, Odunare expressed admiration for the legacy the local leaders are building—one, he said, that is anchored in vision, community engagement, and consistent progress.

He called on the newly re-elected chairmen to use their renewed platforms to foster greater collaboration with the youth, drive innovative solutions to local challenges, and accelerate development in their respective councils.

“The entire Epe Division stands on the threshold of greater growth, and I am hopeful that this new term will usher in even more opportunities for collaboration, youth involvement, and transformational change,” he added.

Odunare concluded by wishing the chairmen a successful tenure marked by unity, excellence, and a lasting impact on their communities.

“Once again, congratulations. Your leadership continues,” he affirmed.
