“This full-scale transformation addresses the long-standing sanitation and flooding issues that have plagued Lagos Island and its surroundings,” Adebutu explained.

The initial phase of the project will see the delivery of over 180 apartments, designed with modern amenities and built to meet the needs of Lagos’ diverse residents.
