The Treasurer of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Amb. Ibraheem Ogunbanwo, has joined prominent figures across the state in celebrating the birthday of Alhaji Seriki Akanni (BAMU), a respected member of the Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC).
