The wife of the Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mrs. Ramat Bola Kasali, has donated essential equipment and devices to students of the Lagos State Vocational School, Orimedu, to boost their ongoing skill acquisition training.
EpeInsights learnt that the donation, presented as part of her commitment to youth empowerment, is aimed at enhancing effective and efficient learning in various vocational fields, ensuring that students have the necessary tools to maximize the benefits of the programme.
The nine-month skill acquisition programme, which commenced weeks ago, is designed to equip students with practical knowledge and hands-on experience to foster self-reliance, productivity and entrepreneurship.
Benefiting students expressed profound gratitude to Mrs. Kasali for her generosity, describing the gesture as a timely intervention that will ease their training and make it more productive.
Encouraging the trainees, Mrs. Kasali charged them to remain focused and committed, stressing that the skills being acquired would position them as “tomorrow’s CEOs” and contributors to the nation’s economic growth.
This initiative underscores the Kasali family’s continued support for education, vocational development, and youth empowerment within Lekki LCDA.
