The Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, has joined family, friends and well-wishers across Lagos State to celebrate the Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
