The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has joined family, friends, political associates and constituents to celebrate Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, popularly known as Sketel, on the occasion of his birthday.
