In celebration of Children’s Day, the Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has sent a heartfelt message to children across the council, urging them to value education and uphold respect for elders.

EpeInsights reports that Akinloye who described children as “precious gems and the future of our community,” emphasized the importance of learning, stating that education is the gateway to fulfilling their dreams and achieving greatness.

“Always strive to do your best in your studies, education will open doors to a brighter future.” He advised. 

The chairman also reminded children of the need to listen to and respect parents, guardians, teachers, and elders, noting that their guidance plays a crucial role in shaping responsible and successful individuals.

“Obeying and respecting them will lead you on the right path,” he said.

Encouraging children to keep dreaming, stay curious, and continue learning, Akinloye reaffirmed his belief in their potential to become future leaders who will make Eredo proud.

The message was part of the Children’s Day celebration across the country, a day set aside to recognize the rights and contributions of children and to promote their welfare.
