Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has joined indigenes and well-wishers across Lagos State and beyond to celebrate the birthday of His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, the Alara of Ilara Kingdom.
EpeInsights reports that in a goodwill message issued on behalf of the council and the people of Eredo, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, described the monarch as a father, leader and custodian of culture whose reign has continued to usher in peace, unity and prosperity to the ancient kingdom.
He noted that the birthday of the revered traditional ruler is not only a moment of thanksgiving but also an opportunity to appreciate his wisdom, courage, and vision in steering the affairs of the community.
“Your reign has brought progress and harmony to our people, and for this, we remain deeply grateful. We pray for long life, sound health, and a reign adorned with peace and divine blessings,” Hon. Akinloye said.
He further joined sons and daughters of Ilara Kingdom, Lagos State, and Nigerians at large in wishing the monarch a joyous birthday filled with grace and fulfillment.
The Alara of Ilara Kingdom, Oba Ogunsanwo, fondly referred to as Telade IV, is widely respected as a bridge-builder and symbol of cultural heritage whose leadership continues to inspire development within and beyond the kingdom.
