The management and entire staff of Epe Local Government have extended their warm congratulations to the Executive Chairman, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, and Vice Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Owolomonse, following their official swearing-in ceremony held on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
EpeInsights reports that the oath of office was administered by the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, at the Sport Pavilion Ground, Lagos House, Alausa, during the inauguration ceremony for newly elected and re-elected Chairmen of the 20 LGAs and 37 LCDAs in the state.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message, the staff and management of Epe Local Government expressed joy and pride in the leadership of Princess Animashaun, who has begun her second term in office, and Hon. Owolomonse, who continues his service as Vice Chairman.
“We rejoice with our amiable and visionary Chairman, Princess Surah Animashaun, and our dependable Vice Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Owolomonse, on this remarkable occasion. May Almighty God bless you both with sound health, divine wisdom, and the strength to lead Epe to greater heights.”
The message also conveyed prayers for divine guidance and protection as the newly inaugurated leaders begin a fresh chapter of service to the people of Epe.
“God in His infinite mercy will be your guidance, shield, and strength. We wish you success in all your endeavors as you steer the wheel of governance in our local government.”
Princess Animashaun’s return to office follows her victory in the July 12 local government elections and her swearing-in marks the beginning of another four-year tenure committed to deepening development, inclusion and people-centered leadership.
