As local government election activities gain momentum across Lagos State, the Chairperson of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun, has officially launched her second-term campaign, pledging to deliver even greater impact if re-elected.
EpeInsights reports that Animashaun while speaking at the campaign flag-off event held at the council secretariat in Epe, reflected on her first-term achievements while sharing her vision for the next phase of leadership.
“In our first term, we worked tirelessly to improve infrastructure, enhance healthcare, empower our youth, and ensure reliable services across the council,” she stated.
Animashaun highlighted that her administration, despite economic challenges and limited resources, had stayed focused on meeting the needs of the people.
One of the standout achievements, she said, was the completion and refurbishment of healthcare centres across all eight wards in the council.
“These efforts are a testimony to our commitment to make Epe a place of comfort, opportunity, and shared purpose for all of us,” she added.
Looking ahead, the chairperson emphasized the need for unity and continued collaboration between the government and residents.
“As we work towards a second term in office, let us embrace hope, hard work, and unity,” she said.
