The Honourable Member representing Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Ogunkelu Sylvester, has joined well-wishers across Epe Division and Lagos State in celebrating the birthday of His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Ogunlaja, JP, FMBE, the Aladeshonyin of Odo-Noforija Kingdom.
