The people of Epe Local Government received a warm message of hope, gratitude, and renewed commitment from their Executive Chairman, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, FHTI, as she celebrated the first Sunday of September with residents.
EpeInsights reports that in her address, Princess Animashaun described Epe as her “pride, heartbeat and greatest calling,” assuring residents that every decision taken under her leadership is aimed at ensuring peace, progress and prosperity across the local government.
“Every new month reminds us that with unity, prayer and hard work, there is no height we cannot reach,” she said, while urging residents to continue supporting the administration’s drive toward sustainable development.
The council boss acknowledged the challenges of leadership and the high expectations of the people but reaffirmed her determination to deliver on her mandate. She added that with the collective efforts of leaders and residents, future generations would inherit an Epe to be proud of.
“As you and your families celebrate this first Sunday, may September bring you abundant blessings, open doors, and peace of mind in every area of life,” she prayed.
Princess Animashaun expressed deep gratitude to the people for their unwavering support, trust and belief in her leadership, pledging to keep moving Epe forward in unity and progress.
