It was a moment of jubilation and heartfelt celebration at the Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Secretariat in Agbowa on Monday, as staff members turned out in large numbers to welcome and honour their Executive Chairman, Akogun Wale Raji Anomo.

The mood was festive and electric as songs of praise, dancing, and prayers filled the air.
The workers, visibly elated, described Anomo’s win as a reflection of his humility, unwavering commitment to service, and people-oriented leadership which, they said, had positively impacted the council and fostered a sense of belonging among the staff and residents.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Anomo expressed profound gratitude for the outpouring of love and support.

While celebrating the primary election victory, Anomo was quick to remind the gathering that the journey was far from over. He urged the team to remain focused and united as the general election, scheduled for July 12, 2025, draws near.
“Together, we have laid a solid foundation for sustainable development in Ikosi-Ejinrin. With your continued support, I believe we can take our LCDA to greater heights,” he affirmed.
