Ambassador Ibraheem Ogunbanwo, Provost of SMASE Africa and Treasurer of the Lagos State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), has congratulated Alhaji Ojikutu Abdulrasaq on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA).
